level of independence.

therapy six-days a week and typically stays longer than 30 days, but eventually returns
home or to assisted living.
For residents returning home the treatment plan includes a specialized home visit in which an assessment of the environment helps formulate a specific plan designed to ensure safety and success for the resident's return.
